[00:00:04.100] I've been asked many times why I picked dentistry to go into. [00:00:07.829] My dad was actually a dentist in Europe. [00:00:10.158] He couldn't prove it. [00:00:11.371] After World War II, [00:00:12.386] he came to this country and he became a dental technician. [00:00:15.801] Because my dad was in the field, [00:00:18.514] I managed to get a summer job of working in his lab. [00:00:23.500] I started working in a dental lab when I was 16 years old. [00:00:26.771] It also made me happy to be able to do things with my hands. [00:00:30.030] I've always loved to be creative, and it's fun to do the work that I do. [00:00:37.757] Why did I pick dentistry? [00:00:39.314] I get to help people and have fun.
